What We Do
Property Inspection
We inspect the property after a storm and document all visible damage to the roof and exterior. This includes shingles, ridge, vents, gutters, fascia, fencing, and other components. We take photos and measurements to establish an accurate record of your property’s condition.
Post Inspection
If storm damage is found, we organize the photos and measurements into a clear scope of work outlining what’s required for full restoration. This reflects the construction process — not the insurance coverage decision.
Adjuster Meeting
When the insurance adjuster inspects your property, we’re on-site to walk the property with them, ensuring all visible storm-related damage is documented and understood correctly.
Estimate / Supplement
After the insurance estimate is issued, we review it line-by-line to compare it to the real construction requirements. If needed materials or code items are missing, we provide the proper documentation for inclusion.
Additional Documentation
We provide any supporting photos, measurements, and contractor documentation required for missing construction items. Once finalized, we schedule and complete the entire restoration — roofing, gutters, fencing, paint, and more.
Final Before Closing
After completion, we conduct a final walkthrough, take completion photos, and provide warranty documentation. The project is officially closed once everything is verified and complete.
