The Reality

What your carrier probably told you

What they say

  • Only minor cosmetic shingle damage.
  • We'll repair one slope. Full replacement not necessary.
  • No hail strike penetrated the mat.
  • Gutters / fascia / garage door are cosmetic, not covered.
  • We don't see storm-related damage that requires replacement.

What we show

  • Forensic photos and reports to support your claim.
  • Lab reports and material identification to confirm match and compatibility.
  • Code research for ventilation, decking, underlayment, and all required items.
  • Full property assessment on gutters, fencing, fascia, and garage doors.
  • Verified property measurements with 3D renders.
You paid premiums for full coverage. Our documentation is how you actually collect it.

What we do

1

Property Inspection

We inspect the property after a storm and document all visible damage to the roof and exterior — shingles, ridge, vents, gutters, fascia, fencing, and other components — with photos and measurements.

2

Post Inspection

If storm damage is found, we organize the photos and measurements into a clear scope of work outlining what's required for full restoration — reflecting the construction process, not a coverage decision.

3

Adjuster Meeting

When the insurance adjuster inspects your property, we're on-site to walk it with them, ensuring all visible storm-related damage is documented and understood correctly.

4

Estimate / Supplement

After the insurance estimate is issued, we review it line-by-line against the real construction requirements. If materials or code items are missing, we provide documentation for inclusion.

5

Additional Documentation

We provide supporting photos, measurements, and contractor documentation for missing construction items, then schedule and complete the full restoration — roofing, gutters, fencing, paint, and more.

6

Final Before Closing

After completion, we conduct a final walkthrough, take completion photos, and provide warranty documentation. The project closes once everything is verified complete.

We are not "the roofer that'll try to match it cheap." We are the team that gets the full scope approved — and then actually builds it.

Insurance doesn't get the last word on your property

We document storm impact, handle the adjuster meeting, build the supplement, and then actually perform the full replacement. No drive-by roofer games — this is what we do every day in DFW.
